While in recent years, life was pretty smooth sailing for the license Call of Duty, the recent events at Activision and the resurrection of Medal of Honor is perhaps a watershed in the history of the series so lucrative. It is undeniable that Black Ops, the next installment developed by Treyarch, must be worthy of his predecessors, even if possible to offer more. On the sidelines of the E3 and gamescom, we had the right to the presentation of the most anticipated blockbuster of the year end, in a small room in Paris away from unwelcome agitation.
If Call of Duty: Black Ops was not playable at this first interview, two levels have been shown, that fact must be admitted, impressed the audience. So follow us in the Vietnamese jungle for a shelling in good standing of what we saw.
The first task, therefore we place in the middle of a dense forest, hostile, full of enemies that stand guard in their huts in the garden. Infiltrate these fortresses on stilts is not necessarily easy and it will show a seamless discretion to move undetected. It was therefore a direct insight into phases of play and put more thought out than previous episodes, where the progress can be made that the knife in his hand and preferably the knees on the ground for not making too much noise. We also see the dawn as the violence, executions resulting in discrete small scripted scenes the most beautiful effect that enhance the immersion. Slay a sleeping enemy will certainly not following the precepts of the samurai, but it’s still better than to rush into the pile without thinking. Here truly the gorges open, blood flows in a very convincing and the features of pain that are emerging on the enemies we would almost worth it if it were not for our survival that it was. Note also, at the beginning of the mission, a rapid shift in bullet-time following a bullet to the head of an enemy for a very cinematic and rather successful (we do not know yet how it will integrated though).
