If Call of Duty: Black Ops is responsible for consoles this summer’s blockbuster movie, Black Ops is the DS version you can see the basic cable a few years later. Call of Duty Black Ops – The Record Breaking Game

Call of Duty 7 Black Ops is another record-breaking game, following in the footsteps of Modern Warfare 2 which was released only one year ago. The excitement we are feeling is much the same as this time last year, when we were so close to the release of Infinity Ward’s Modern Warfare 2. Before we kick off with this article, let’s remind ourselves of the success of last year’s Call of Duty game. Call of Duty is available on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS and the for your PC.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 was certainly one of the most hyped games in history and set records. In the build up to release, you couldn’t watch TV or use the Internet without adverts and commercials enticing you to buy the game. As a result, many, many millions of people were enticed. In the first 5 days of release, Modern Warfare 2 had smashed Grand Theft Auto IV’s previous record, earning a revenue of around $550 million. By January 2010, it had taken over $1 billion in sales.

So, with the game being such a massive hit with the entire world, is it possible that these records and benchmarks set by Infinity Ward could be met, or possibly even improved upon? Well, it was reported a while back that Black Ops had surpassed Modern Warfare 2′s pre-order numbers, and while this hints at a possible record-breaker, pre-orders officially account for nothing.

Secrets of CoD: Black OpsIf like everyone else you have play multiplayer and are ready for something different, why not play some Zork, or Dead Ops Arcade? Still don’t know how? By escaping the chair in the main menu and hacking the computer that is located behind you, it was outlined in the Unlock Zombie Maps- Dead Ops and Five post.  This post will touch even more so on commands and computer hacks to get even more out of it.

Call of Duty: World at War Map Pack 2 Available For PS3 and Xbox 360

With all the hype about Call of Duty Black Ops I thought I would change it up a bit.  Map Pack 2 for Call of Duty: World at War is available for owners of the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game,  downloaded on the PlayStation Store for $9.99 and Xbox Live for 800 Microsoft Points.  With Call of Duty Black Ops out today, it should come down in price soon.

The download contains four new multiplayer arenas, three Maps are for traditional competitive multiplayer, Battle to control the river bridge in “Banzai,” a bright jungle map featuring a waterfall and hidden caves. In “Corrosion” face down your enemy in a shattered train yard, and in “Sub Pens” wipe the monsoon rain from your eyes as you struggle over a bombed-out submarine base. And one of which expands the popular Nazi Zombie mode and features zombies and flaming Hell Hounds, The Zombies return in “Shi No Numa” (Zombie Swamp) featuring Perk machines, the deadly new Wunderwaffe DG-2, new Trophies and flaming Hell Hounds.
